These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArtShopReviews website and services. By using the site, writing a review, or registering a shop, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ArtShopReviews is an independent platform that collects, verifies and publishes customer reviews of fine-art retailers and reproduction studios. We provide the platform; we are not party to any transaction between you and a shop.
2. Reviewer responsibilities
- Only review shops you have genuinely bought from.
- Provide honest, accurate information and follow our review guidelines.
- Do not post fake, incentivised, abusive, infringing or unlawful content.
- You retain ownership of your review but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display and syndicate it.
3. Moderation
Every review is screened before publication. We may decline, edit for policy (not substance), or remove any content that breaches these Terms or our guidelines, at our discretion.
4. Merchant terms
Shops that register agree to collect reviews fairly and not to suppress, alter or fabricate reviews. Paid plans, where applicable, are billed as described on the registration page. Merchants may not offer payment or incentives in exchange for reviews.
5. Disclaimer
While we operate several verification and safety measures, we do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of every review or company description. Company descriptions are provided for context and are not endorsements. Please perform your own due diligence before buying.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtShopReviews is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on any review.
7. Intellectual property
The ArtShopReviews name, design and aggregated content are protected. You may not copy or scrape the site's content without permission.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
