Review guidelines
A great review helps the next buyer decide with confidence. Here is what we ask, and what we don't allow.
What makes a great review

Write from real experience
Only review shops you have actually bought from. Describe what you ordered and how it went.

Be specific and fair
Mention product quality, packaging, delivery time and customer service. Concrete details help other buyers most.

Add a photo when you can
A picture of the artwork you received makes your review far more useful and trustworthy.

Keep it respectful
You can be critical — just stay civil and focus on your experience, not personal attacks.
What we don't allow
✕
Fake or incentivised reviews
No reviews written for payment or perks, by the shop itself, or by a competitor.
✕
Offensive or abusive content
Hate speech, harassment, threats or discriminatory language are removed.
✕
Private or personal information
Don't post anyone's full name, address, phone number, order details or other private data.
✕
Spam, ads or off-topic posts
Promotional links, irrelevant content and duplicate posts will not be published.
