A customer buys
Someone orders an artwork from one of the shops in our network and receives their order.
They write a review
Signed in on the shop's own site, the buyer rates their experience and can reference their order number.
We verify & moderate
We match the order to confirm a real purchase, then a human screens the review against our guidelines.
It goes live
Approved reviews appear on the shop's page and feed its average score — and may be syndicated across the web.
Our rating methodology
Every review carries an overall shopping-experience rating from 1 to 5 stars. A shop's headline score is the simple average of all its approved reviews, shown to one decimal place. We never weight, cherry-pick or hide reviews to flatter a shop.
Alongside the overall score we also collect, where the reviewer provides them, ratings for recommendation, price, product quality, delivery time and customer service. The "% recommend" and "% verified buyers" figures on each shop page are calculated honestly — a near-miss never rounds up to a misleading 100%.
