Anyone who has bought from one of the art shops in our network can write a review. To write a review you sign in on the shop's own website, so we can tie your review to a real customer account. Reviews matched to a confirmed order are marked as a verified purchase.

Every review carries an overall shopping-experience rating from 1 to 5 stars. A shop's headline score is the average of all its approved reviews, shown to one decimal place. We also collect ratings for recommendation, price, product quality, delivery time and customer service where reviewers provide them.

When a reviewer references an order number that matches their account, we link the review to that order and the artwork they bought. Those reviews show a green Verified purchase badge. Reviews without a matching order are still published after moderation, but are not badged as verified.

Every submission is screened by a human before it appears on the site. We remove fake, abusive, off-topic or privacy-violating content in line with our review guidelines. We never edit the substance of a genuine review, and shops cannot delete reviews they dislike.

No. Reviews are never bought, and no payment, discount or perk is offered in exchange for a review. This keeps the ratings independent and useful to other buyers.

Yes — contact us and we'll help you update or withdraw a review you wrote. If you think someone else's review breaks our guidelines, you can report it and we'll investigate.
