Laurent in France did a very good job helping me. He explained that the California number that I dialed is answered in France. That's why I got no answer on my first try. “The oil painting is really close to the original, lovely colours and really vibrant. I ordered a frame in dark wood which when it arrived looked dreadful with the painting so I painted it a light blue colour which transformed the whole picture and looks perfect. 2 negative comments: the frame is just wood stapled to the canvas so can't be removed or replaced. This is not made clear when ordering. And the delivery time took longer than expected because the painting was from China.”
